Melanie has been an integral part of Masons Real Estate since 1993. Over this time, she has played a leading role in developing the Property Management Department into the strong and respected division it is today. As Rental Department Manager and Co‑Director, Melanie oversees all aspects of the department — from leasing and compliance to client care and business growth. She thrives on the diversity and challenge of property management and enjoys the responsibility of guiding the day‑to‑day operations of the company.
Melanie began her real estate career by completing her Sales Certificate in 1993 through the Real Estate Institute of South Australia. She continued to further her qualifications, completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice in 2017, followed by a Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management), reinforcing her commitment to professional excellence.
With more than three decades of hands‑on experience, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge to the property management sector. Her focus is always on delivering caring, personalised service to both landlords and tenants, while working diligently to achieve outstanding outcomes for all parties.
A long‑term Murray Bridge resident of 50 years, Melanie has deep connections and extensive insight into the local community. She lives in Murray Bridge with her husband and three children and enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. Melanie also values health and wellbeing, fitting in gym sessions and running whenever she can.
