I think when my association with Masons started, the Internet hadn't. It's approaching 20 years now that Masons have managed my property. Now that I reside in Queensland, it makes no difference to their high standards. I do my best to assist by being reasonable in all matters (well I hope so - as a landlord I muse what star rating I might get). Anyone can expect the highest standards, from my experience, and will of course task them with the sale of my property in due course.

"I would like to take time out to commend Masons on their service during the Christmas break 2018.

We were unfortunate to have the tap in the shower in the main bathroom decide to not turn off on the morning of the day before Christmas. It meant that we had to turn the water off at the mains all the time. Most inconvenient.

We rang the emergency number at 8:30am on that day. At 8:45am the plumber arrived and by 9:05am the job was finished and the tap fixed.

This is remarkable service and I thank you for it. We had the whole family coming next day for Christmas with ten people staying over and your prompt attention to this matter ensured that our Christmas went off without a hitch. Thank you.
